about COACH MIKE
My name is Michael Gulino, and I'm a passionate baseball coach dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field. I grew up in Meriden, CT playing 3 sports throughout my high school career. In 2021, in the middle of my professional playing career I made the move down to sunny Fort Myers, FL where I am now the Catching Coach at FSW
and live full time.
With seven years of professional baseball experience and a strong coaching background, I bring valuable insights to the game and to aspiring players. Each of my experiences has deepened my understanding of the game and strengthened my commitment to developing players.

former catcher
As a former catcher, I know the game inside and out, which helps me coach effectively. I create fun and supportive training programs, manage practice sessions, and focus on building a positive atmosphere for my players. I also offer private lessons and run catcher’s camps for kids aged 9-21, helping them develop their skills and passion for the game.
