What To Bring
There are no cleats allowed to be worn inside the facility! Please wear turf shoes or proper athletic shoes no Hey Dudes! Catchers please wear baseball pants and bring full gear and your cup!!
What to Expect:
Pitchers: Pre & post throw arm care routines, throwing progressions, proper weighted ball use and drills, Mound and weight room mechanical work, individual Trackman bullpen sessions, pitch design and arsenal development.
Catchers: Proper throwing progression and mobility routines, blocking, receiving, timed throws to bases including footwork and transfers, live bullpen catching.
Each player will receive a detailed development plan based on their evaluation!

Mike Gulino
FSW Catching/Hitting Coach
Michael Gulino is a former professional baseball player and the current Catching & Hitting Coach at Florida SouthWestern State College. A Pace University standout who went on to play seven seasons of independent professional baseball, Michael is known for developing tough, confident, fundamentally sound athletes. He specializes in elite catching instruction, blending mindset, mechanics, and leadership to help players reach their highest potential.

Chase Solesky
Washington Nationals
Professional pitcher in the Washington Nationals organization and a two-time Arizona Fall League alumni, earning AFL All-Star honors in 2024. A Florida native and former Tulane standout, he was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in 2019 and has pitched at both Double-A and Triple-A. Known for his resilience, work ethic, and passion for player development, Chase brings high-level experience to young athletes and is committed to helping the next generation grow their skills and confidence.

Nick Trabacchi
Minnesota Twins
Nick Trabacchi is a professional baseball player in the Minnesota Twins organization, recognized for his resilience, work ethic, and dedication to mastering his craft. After progressing through the amateur and professional ranks, he brings valuable experience from high-level competition. Nick also runs Still Climbing Performance, where he helps young athletes develop the skills, habits, and mindset in the weight-room needed to reach their full potential on the field.
Nolan Watson
High Point Rockers
Nolan Watson is a professional catcher in the Atlantic League with the High Point Rockers. During the offseason, he serves as a catching and hitting coach at Rebel Sports Performance in Naples, FL. He also volunteers at Aubrey Rogers High School, working closely with their hitters and catchers. Nolan is dedicated to developing players both on and off the field, with a strong emphasis on overall growth and character.
Brian Chaput
Boston Red Sox
Brian Chaput is a former professional baseball player who competed from 2007 to 2013. After his playing career, he joined the Boston Red Sox organization, working in scouting and player development from 2015 to 2021. During his time with the club, he earned a World Series ring in 2018. Brian has helped countless athletes advance to both college and professional baseball through his experience, guidance, and player-first approach.
